Week 1!!!

 

The start of a new year!!! (sort of this started on Christmas day....!)
The first pic is the view outside the flat where my family spent Christmas.
The second is our breakfast that day! (it being my sisters birthday has it good points!
Our Christmas tree of 2012!!!
We went for a short walk along the coast.
Friday evening was the first dinner party we held with friends back at home.
Saturday evening was the second dinner party we had, this time with my grand parents.
Tonight I am going to my aunts birthday party, but any pics will be in next week update.

I hope that you like this new idea, and there should be a picture for every day of the year starting from this week. (The last one just gone was a bit muddled so doesn't count!)

Merry Christmas and a happy update!!!

So this year has not been well for me in terms of keeping a regular blog....  As I have often been to busy to update.  But now I have set myself a challenge, that I should be able to keep.  It will start this weekend, every Sunday, and It will be a bit different from what I have done before.  But 2013 hopes to be a good year for me, and I want to be able to remember it.  I am going to do this with pictures, and make sure that you can see them to.  This project is more for my own reasons, but I want to share it, and I hope that you enjoy it as much as I will.

Textiles Designs

So I need some help... FOR TEXTILES!!! I'm not that mad! =P

Here is my final hair colour!!!

Color Change!

So a while ago I asked for some advice about my hair.... Here is what happened!

I decided to just change my fringe color, and make to turquoise!  This included bleaching the red out, putting in toner to make my hair white and then sleeping with the blue hair dye in!  i used Directions White Toner and Turquoise.  So far I have had not problems with the dye, but I will keep you updated on how long the dye lasts.

 After the first bleach, I ran out, and I had to give my hair a rest so I put it up in a plat for a while to keep it separate from the rest of the hair.

 Sorry about the picture quality, but my hair here /\ is a pale yellow.

 i left the toner in a bit longer than recommended because my hair was still quite yellow... and it left my hair with a purple tint.

 I ended up sleeping with the hair dye in, and rapped the hair in tin foil, then my hole head in cling film to stop the dye from staining my bed sheets.

This is the final color in the morning, after I had rinsed it.  I will post some better pictures of the final look later so make sure you catch that!

London Snip!

So so so so so so sorry!!! It has been ages since I last posted..... I know....
But this one is all about hair! (again...)  I will also be posting another update on my hair tonight, about the color change....

Last week I volunteered as a model for a friend who is a student at Daniel Galvin Hair Salon in London.  She needed a girl with short hair, and I kinda needed a hair cut!

It was a fun time, and a good time to catch up.  Plus I got a nice hair cut!!!

A hairy decision

So I am kind of getting bored of my current hair colour… An I want to change it… The colour that I want to include is turquoise!

Now I have three choices… I can either dye all of my hair the one colour… replace the red currently in my hair to turquoise…  or wait a year when I have got into university and don’t have to worry about interviews…

Ball Gowns

I went to the V&A museum in the week, to see the ball gown exhibition.  I did go inside the paid bit with all of the famous designers, but you are not allowed to take pictures…. So sorry!
